Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Scientist will partner with enterprise clients to transform ambiguous business challenges into actionable analytical solutions, while managing end-to-end data science processes and leveraging existing tools and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes
• Develop and optimize analytical assets using enterprise data, including forecasting, machine learning, and statistical models
• Iterate on prototypes and deliver reusable, tested code while mentoring less experienced colleagues

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of applied data science experience with strong practical skills in handling messy enterprise data
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Working knowledge of machine learning, statistical methods, and data pipelines
• Experience using LLMs and AI coding tools for analysis and coding tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot data and pipeline issues independently without immediate engineering support
