Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary contract basis, the Senior Data Scientist will develop and refine statistical and machine learning models, analyze large data sets, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into business value.

Key responsibilities

• Source, ingest, clean, and prepare complex data sets for analysis while ensuring data quality and resilience
• Build, test, and promote advanced models into production, evaluating their performance and stability
• Guide less experienced team members and ensure best practices in code review and model delivery

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience with statistical and data science principles
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing large data sets
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data visualization using Tableau and Power BI
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data ETL using SQL and Python
