Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To enhance risk management capabilities, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will build and scale control performance monitoring for financial products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable metrics and automated measurement systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain control performance metrics and key risk indicators to inform decision-making for compliance and risk management
• Investigate control effectiveness using data analysis to identify gaps and improve monitoring systems
• Develop scalable analytical modules and workflows that automate risk measurement and enhance product governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years of experience, or a master's with 5+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in large datasets and automated data workflows
• Strong statistical judgment and experience with cohort analysis and monitoring techniques
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective measurement frameworks
• Experience in financial technology, risk, compliance, or product governance
