Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the alignment of enterprise talent management strategies with operational data, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will build visualizations, conduct statistical analyses, and develop predictive models to enhance workforce management in healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for enhancing human capital and operational processes
• Utilize cloud-based technologies for scalable data processing and analysis, including creating and deploying machine learning models
• Translate high-level HR strategies into specific analytical projects and KPIs while communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in People Analytics or HR Data Science within a large organization
• Proficiency in Python programming and associated libraries, including experience with cloud-based platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proven experience extracting and manipulating data from Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Understanding of core HR functions and data privacy laws relevant to employee data
