Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior Data Scientist will analyze complex datasets, apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, and synthesize customer insights to enhance customer experience metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to solve challenging problems using various analytical and statistical approaches
• Synthesize customer signals from multiple sources to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience
• Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning to extract actionable insights from customer support interactions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer/Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in customer experience, customer support, or customer insights analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, and SQL
• Proficiency in predictive analytics or ML/AI techniques
