Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the remote Senior Data Scientist will leverage data insights to enhance patient care by building and deploying models, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing data collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with business stakeholders to frame ambiguous questions and scope projects into modeling problems
• Build and deploy production-ready models while monitoring outputs and drift
• Translate model behavior and outputs into actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods
• Experience working in a start-up or growth environment; healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality modeling work end-to-end
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and/or Tableau
