Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Independently owning a defined audience or measurement product, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will work remotely to translate advertiser goals into actionable insights, build predictive models, and measure campaign effectiveness using real purchase data.

Key responsibilities

• Translate advertiser goals and purchase behavior into audience definitions and predictive models
• Design studies linking ad exposure to observed purchases, ensuring accurate measurement and attribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reproducible datasets and validate models for product delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics with ownership of complex analytical problems
• Experience in audience or measurement product development from problem framing to delivery
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, applied statistics, and predictive modeling
• Hands-on experience with causal inference, including designing experiments or observational studies
• Ability to clearly communicate scientific findings to nontechnical audiences
