Job Summary

Driving innovation in agentic user experiences, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will own day-to-day decisions, design comprehensive solutions, and validate quality metrics while working remotely to enhance critical infrastructure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of experience areas, making informed tradeoff decisions and defining high-impact solutions
• Investigate complex problems and synthesize data to drive actionable insights and improvements
• Design and run experiments to validate agent behavior, ensuring alignment with commercial outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in data science with a focus on user experience and behavior design
• Strong fluency in statistical methods and machine learning applications
• Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and evaluation metrics
• Technical proficiency in coding and building AI-driven solutions
• Deep understanding of critical infrastructure industries and their workflows
