Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior Data Scientist for a full-time remote position, this role will design and deploy NBA/NBC models, build machine learning solutions, and manage Databricks training pipelines to support enterprise clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deploy NBA/NBC models for optimal customer engagement
• Build and implement ML, deep learning, and reinforcement learning solutions
• Run offline evaluations and online experiments to measure model effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• 6 - 8 years of experience in data science or applied machine learning
• Strong experience with Databricks, including Spark/PySpark and MLflow
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning methodologies
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Master's or PhD preferred)
