Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Data Scientist focused on growth and engagement, the candidate will independently design and analyze product experiments, develop predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user retention and engagement through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently design, execute, and interpret product experiments, including defining KPIs and success criteria
• Develop predictive models to inform lifecycle interventions and tailor user engagement strategies
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to provide actionable recommendations for product development

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics in product-driven environments
• Proven experience in end-to-end experiment design, including power analysis and metric definition
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python
• Experience working with large-scale data systems such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or Spark
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
