Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Owning a company-wide KPI, modeling, or measurement workstream, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will contribute to the core company KPI framework, build analytical tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage KPI workstreams through delivery and adoption while contributing to the core KPI framework
• Build and validate models connecting user behavior and business drivers to key outcomes like retention and revenue
• Develop reproducible diagnostics and analytical tools, ensuring accuracy and sustained value of outputs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics in product-driven environments
• Proven track record of establishing trusted metric definitions and driving adoption across multiple stakeholders
• Strong skills in SQL and Python, with experience in statistical analysis and causal inference methodologies
• Experience building reusable dashboards, diagnostic apps, or analytical frameworks with evidence of impact
• Ability to structure complex projects and communicate sensitivity and uncertainty in analytical findings
