Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Owning a company-wide KPI, modeling, or measurement workstream, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will deliver core company KPI frameworks, standardize impact measurement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the delivery and adoption of company-wide KPI frameworks and analytical tools
• Contribute to the development of metrics that connect product and business drivers to key outcomes like MAU, retention, and revenue
• Build and validate predictive models while clearly communicating assumptions and uncertainties to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics in product-driven environments
• Proven ability to define KPIs and establish trusted metric definitions across multiple stakeholders
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling, including regression and causal inference methodologies
• Experience building reusable dashboards and analytical frameworks with evidence of accuracy and decision impact
• Track record of documenting and sharing reusable methods and collaborating with cross-functional teams
