Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will own the Data Science lifecycle, from wrangling data to building and deploying machine learning models and analyzing results to drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build machine learning models to personalize products and connect users with suitable policies
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop ML-based solutions
• Analyze product data, design experiments, and integrate new data sources

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical data role with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building machine learning/statistical models
• Proven mathematical foundation and knowledge of various ML and statistical methods
• Strong proficiency in core Python and the Python data ecosystem (e.g., sklearn, pandas/polars)
• Experience with CI/CD for models in production, including testing and monitoring
• Experience mentoring junior data scientists is a plus
