Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Measuring customer engagement impact, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will analyze account health, build value analysis for customer models, and collaborate with senior data scientists on predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Set baselines and track results for customer engagements, measuring performance metrics such as close rates and sales cycle lengths
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for Customer Success and leadership to monitor engagement outcomes
• Conduct analyses to assess the impact of model changes on performance and pipeline timing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with a focus on building models and measuring business outcomes
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to clean and analyze complex datasets
• Strong understanding of statistics and experimental design, including control groups and baseline assessments
• Experience in creating dashboards or reporting for business stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to various audiences
