Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the evaluation of LLM systems and enhance business intelligence, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will design accuracy metrics, improve reporting mechanisms, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run evaluations of production LLM pipelines, developing metrics for accuracy and quality
• Build and maintain production-grade data models using SQL and dbt, ensuring reliable analytics logic
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined data products and reporting logic

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, epidemiology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a data scientist or in a highly analytical role within life sciences, biotech, or healthcare
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience building production data models in dbt or a comparable framework
• Solid understanding of production LLM pipelines and hands-on experience with accuracy metrics and error analysis
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, and familiarity with modern data platforms like Databricks
