Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will build forecasting, simulation, and causal inference capabilities to support business strategies and improve decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust time-series forecasting models for critical business metrics
• Partner with Success leaders to identify key drivers of customer outcomes and develop analytical capabilities
• Build simulation and scenario-modeling frameworks to evaluate strategies and support decisions under uncertainty

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or advanced analytics in production environments
• Advanced Python skills and experience with statistical modeling libraries
• Deep SQL proficiency and experience with large datasets on cloud data platforms like Snowflake
• Extensive experience building production-grade time-series forecasting systems
• Experience applying Bayesian or probabilistic methods to uncertainty estimation and decision-making
