Job Summary
To optimize Coalition's insurance business, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will utilize analytics and modern statistical techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects to uncover insights and optimization opportunities across the customer journey
- Design and analyze experiments, establishing best practices for test design and interpretation
- Develop data models and scalable analytical workflows to improve reliability and time-to-insight
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in analytics or data science with demonstrated product or revenue impact
- Expert SQL skills, including complex modeling and performance optimization
- Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and experimentation
- Strong grasp of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and experiment design
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau for building executive-ready dashboards
