Job Summary
To support a migration initiative, the remote Senior Data Scientist will manage the transition of reporting assets from SAP BusinessObjects to Qlik, focusing on report development, debugging, and optimization of existing code.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing BusinessObjects reports to understand data logic and business rules
- Redesign and rebuild reports in QlikView and/or Qlik Sense while ensuring functionality is preserved or improved
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in legacy BusinessObjects reports and newly developed Qlik applications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and maintaining reports in SAP BusinessObjects, including Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports
- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView, including data modeling and scripting
- Solid SQL skills for querying and data validation
- Experience with data migration or platform transition projects, preferably involving business intelligence tools
- Understanding of ETL and data modeling concepts
