Job Summary
Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will leverage website and app behavioral data to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to shape growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analyses to inform growth strategy
- Develop behavioral segmentation frameworks and user profiles to uncover drivers of retention and conversion
- Design and evaluate user-level A/B tests and establish measurement frameworks for business initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science with a focus on consumer-facing products
- 3+ years of hands-on statistical modeling experience using Python and/or R
- Deep expertise in experimentation and causal inference methods
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
