Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Data Scientist (Applied ML) to lead the development of machine learning solutions that enhance consumer personalization, predictive modeling, and performance marketing, directly impacting customer engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of advanced machine learning models focused on customer lifetime value and revenue optimization
• Develop recommendation systems that personalize financial product offerings based on consumer behavior and needs
• Establish best practices for machine learning, including model monitoring, versioning, and performance evaluation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning with a proven track record of impactful ML solutions
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and MLflow for managing production machine learning workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of supervised learning techniques and experience designing scalable inference systems
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
