Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive customer engagement and enhance business value, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will independently contribute to complex data science projects, developing and deploying AI/ML models while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple complex data science projects, focusing on AI/ML model development and implementation
• Develop predictive and statistical models, including hyper-parameter tuning and deployment, to improve personalization and commercial strategies
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to specify data requirements and perform data collection, mining, and feature engineering

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience in data science
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in agile, sprint-based project management is preferred
• Background in hospitality, retail, or customer-service oriented industries is preferred
