Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will collaborate with product managers to develop new offers, analyze large data sets, and drive strategic data acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify product opportunities and deliver insights to hospital and health system customers
- Engage with customers to understand their questions and provide data-driven answers
- Structure and analyze large data sets, including clinician data and sourced claims data, to find patterns and insights
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a data scientist role or working with big data sets
- Solid understanding of healthcare-specific data sources, such as claims data and clinician data
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
