Key responsibilities

• Define core data science priorities and decide on analytical investments across teams
• Deliver the core company KPI framework, including driver trees and sensitivity modeling
• Establish governed self-service workflows to enhance decision speed while maintaining scientific quality

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics
• Proven ability to define KPIs and establish trusted metric definitions across multiple stakeholders
• Deep expertise in building and validating machine learning models related to user behavior and business outcomes
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, statistics, and causal inference
• History of mentoring scientists and establishing modeling standards that improve quality across teams
