Senior Data Scientist with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Leading the development of statistical and machine learning models, the full-time Senior Data Scientist with Security Clearance will work remotely to support the FALCON effort by detecting kinematic behaviors and running simulations to enhance mission-focused software capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance analytic solutions to meet customer needs and ensure quality and performance
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create a common operating picture and perform data processing activities
• Produce analytic reports and documentation while collaborating with software engineers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a current Top Secret security clearance and/or CBP/DHS suitability
• Master's in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 10+ years of experience
• Good working knowledge of Python and relevant libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn
• 7+ years of professional experience in applying machine learning techniques to time series and/or geospatial data
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL and version control systems like Git
