Senior Data Security Consultant

Job Summary

To support critical client engagements, the full-time Senior Data Security Consultant will oversee implementations and consultative services for various Proofpoint Data Security products, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Scope client engagements by assessing operations, gathering requirements, and recommending optimized solutions
• Provide strategic program design to help clients protect and manage sensitive data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role
• 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields
• Familiarity with data security domains such as Insider Threat Management and Cloud Security
• Strong executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mitigate escalations effectively
