Senior Data Strategist
Job Summary
Collaborating with business leaders, the full-time Senior Data Strategist will define and manage the strategic direction of enterprise data assets while working remotely to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive data capability development.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify needs and define business value and outcomes
- Translates business opportunities into data-driven capabilities by partnering with IT and business leaders
- Manages the strategy, development, and integration of data capabilities for optimal business impact
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in data management and/or technology-related work
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a data-related industry
- Strong experience in partnering with senior business leaders and executive communications skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools
