Senior Data Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting an enterprise-wide data modernization initiative, the contract Remote Senior Data Strategy & Architecture Analyst will evaluate existing systems, document data environments, and communicate findings to leadership while collaborating with various technical and business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assess data systems across operational, application, and analytics environments
- Lead interviews and discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders
- Create executive-level summaries, dashboards, and recommendations based on data analysis
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Governance Analyst
- Experience with enterprise applications, data warehouses, and data management processes
- Understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality concepts
- Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or data modernization initiatives is highly preferred
- Strong documentation and facilitation skills with experience in creating executive-level presentations
