Senior Data Warehouse Developer

Job Summary

As a Senior Data Warehouse Developer in the Claims IT organization, this full-time remote position will focus on building scalable solutions using modern cloud architecture, applying new technologies and CI/CD practices, and ensuring the integrity and availability of critical claims data.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL queries to troubleshoot issues and validate data across multiple environments
• Support batch processing and provide technical insight in partnership with enterprise teams on upgrades and enhancements
• Participate in the on-call support rotation to ensure system reliability and availability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related work experience in programming and supporting software applications, or equivalent technical training and experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study with 4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced SQL expertise for complex data analysis and performance tuning
• Experience with SSIS and ETL processes for data movement and transformation
• Familiarity with metadata-driven pipeline design and experience with DB2 or Snowflake is preferred
