Senior Database Administrator
Job Summary
To support NAVSUP's AWS GovCloud environment, the full-time salaried Senior Database Administrator will manage the Informatica Data Governance Suite and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, focusing on installation, configuration, integration, and performance tuning.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and sustain Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, Axon Data Governance, and Mulesoft Data Quality in pre-production and production environments
- Establish secure connectivity and integrate various data management platforms, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
- Develop and execute testing strategies, maintain technical documentation, and provide ongoing support and mentoring to government staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise data-management platforms, including Informatica and Mulesoft
- Familiarity with relational data warehouses such as Yellowbrick, Oracle, or Snowflake
- Experience with AWS or AWS GovCloud services and security controls
- Current DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II baseline certification required at the start of performance
