Senior Database Administrator
Job Summary
To support a high-growth environment, the full-time Senior Database Administrator will manage the reliability and performance of production ClickHouse clusters, design scalable architectures, and automate cluster lifecycle management while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the reliability and performance of production ClickHouse clusters, whether self-hosted or managed
- Design standard architecture and tooling to support the growth of multi-node clusters
- Build monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
- Deep DBA-level knowledge of ClickHouse, including data storage, merging, and querying
- Experience running stateful workloads on Kubernetes in production
- Proficiency in designing architecture and automation for large fleets of databases
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the full technology stack
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on major providers
