Senior Databricks AWS Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Databricks AWS Engineer will deploy and secure Databricks in a new AWS environment, configure workspaces and networking, and automate deployments using Terraform and CloudFormation.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Databricks workspaces in AWS, including networking, identity, and storage
- Connect Databricks to existing data sources, pipelines, and AWS services
- Automate deployment and configuration processes using infrastructure as code and scripting
Required qualifications
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- At least one of the following: RHCSA/RHCE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner
- Hands-on experience deploying and integrating Databricks
- Strong RHEL administration skills
- Experience working in AWS environments
