Senior Deal Desk Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Global Deal Desk team, the temporary Senior Deal Desk Analyst will provide expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to Sales and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management
- Ensure deals are structured efficiently and comply with company policies
- Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for Cloud Subscription Services, including new and upsell business
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Deal Desk within a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of deal support and commercial topics, including pricing and contracting
- Experience supporting global and multinational customers
- Proficiency with computer applications, including CRM systems
