Job Summary
Owning the deal review and approval process, the full-time remote Senior Deal Desk Analyst will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to structure and close deals efficiently while leveraging AI to enhance workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day deal reviews, approvals, and contract execution to ensure timely and accurate deal structuring
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategies, deal terms, and new product launches
- Analyze deal performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, or related functions within the technology sector
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales teams and navigate complex deal structures
- Strong understanding of commercial processes and operational considerations in deal execution
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ platforms is a plus
