Job Summary
Supporting Sales teams in structuring and pricing complex commercial deals, the full-time Senior Deal Desk Analyst will work remotely to analyze pricing, review deal requests, and provide strategic guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support Sales in structuring, pricing, and quoting complex commercial deals, ensuring alignment with company strategy and guidelines
- Review deal requests and present recommendations to business approvers, guiding negotiations and addressing contract objections
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance deal desk operations and streamline the sales process
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Deal Desk or a related function, preferably within enterprise SaaS or financial technology
- Proven experience structuring and reviewing complex SaaS transactions in a fast-growing multinational company
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ, or similar quoting systems
- Strong analytical skills, including pricing, discount, and commercial analysis
- Solid understanding of Quote to Order processes within the Lead to Cash lifecycle
