Senior Decision Scientist

Job Summary

Partnering closely with product management, engineering, and design, the full-time Senior Decision Scientist will optimize the mobile user experience by leveraging analysis, experimentation, and causal inference to drive app engagement and growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define KPIs and create reports and dashboards to track performance against large data sets
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments that inform product growth and improvement
• Translate insights into product strategy, prioritizing high-impact initiatives for mobile app engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics
• 5+ years of product analytics experience, preferably in a product/engineering/tech environment
• Experience designing experiments and utilizing statistical principles to inform business decisions
• Proficient in statistical computing and scripting languages such as Python, R, and SQL
