Senior Decision Support Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Decision Support Analyst will provide technical guidance, lead analysis for business needs, maintain the cost accounting system, and support the Decision Support Manager with reports and dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analysis and evaluation of business needs and requirements while maintaining the cost accounting system
- Ensure accurate data aggregation and reporting using hospital systems, reconciling with core financial systems
- Assist in user training development and oversee system documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Relevant experience in decision support, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience with hospital systems such as Lawson, EPIC, Power BI, and Strata Jazz is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reconciliation
