Senior Default Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Default Business Analyst will manage business analysis functions within default enterprise departments, focusing on eliciting, analyzing, and validating stakeholder needs for medium to complex projects.
Key responsibilities
- Document project objectives, identify stakeholders, and analyze project scope while communicating risks and issues
- Elicit and write project requirements specifications and business rules, ensuring accurate definition of quality attributes and constraints
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies and support training programs to enhance system knowledge and improve servicing processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in Business or Mortgage Banking roles
- Professional Certification in Project Management
- Expert-level knowledge of conventional and government mortgage loan documents and related compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and statistical analysis techniques
