Senior Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To support customer success in the DACH region, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will manage end-to-end delivery of implementation engagements, ensuring alignment among stakeholders while proactively mitigating risks in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of customer implementation engagements by translating outcomes into a realistic delivery plan and driving execution
• Ensure alignment among the implementation team and stakeholders on goals, outcomes, and budget while maintaining shared accountability
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring timely communication and decision-making with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a (Technical) Delivery Lead or Project Management role within the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry
• Proven track record in leading customer-facing professional services implementation engagements
• Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
• Fluency in German at C1/C2 level
