Senior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex initiatives in the life insurance and annuity landscape, the remote Senior Delivery Manager will manage project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resources for life and annuity projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing issues as they arise
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering a collaborative work environment

Required qualifications:

• BS degree with 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager focused on life insurance and annuity products implementation and TPA operations
• Agile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification preferred
• In-depth understanding of life insurance and annuity products, industry regulations, and best practices
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools
