Senior Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing demand for Elastic services, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager will lead project delivery for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring successful engagement execution, revenue growth, and high customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee engagement execution from initiation to completion, including risk management and status reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing delivery methodologies and practices
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring effective time management and prioritization
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting engagement delivery leadership
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Active security clearance preferred or ability to obtain one
