Job Summary
Leading complex, multi-phase engagements, the full-time remote Senior Delivery Manager will oversee execution from kickoff through release, manage distributed teams, and serve as the primary delivery partner to clients while ensuring alignment across scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of engagements, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery KPIs
- Facilitate sprint planning and execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring production readiness
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, building trusted relationships and identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and experience managing distributed teams
- Proven ability to deliver complex digital systems in agile environments
- Experience with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines
- Track record leading engagements where AI/ML capabilities were core to the solution
