Senior Delivery Manager, Data

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of data and modeling initiatives, the full-time Senior Delivery Manager, Data will manage the roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the delivery roadmap for data and model initiatives across all business verticals
• Providing a current view of all data and model initiatives, including status, risks, and next steps to leaders and partner teams
• Coordinating efforts across data engineering, data science, credit, risk, and compliance to surface dependencies and drive solutions for cross-team challenges

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project delivery, preferably in financial services or data-heavy environments
• Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of the data and model development lifecycle, including validation and deployment processes
• Experience with model governance and risk management in regulated environments
• Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year for in-person collaboration
