Job Summary
Building a new AI-enabled demand generation channel from the ground up, the full-time Senior Demand Generation Manager will identify target audiences, develop outreach strategies, and run experiments to generate incremental pipeline, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the demand generation channel, including audience identification, messaging, and tooling
- Collaborate with the AI and analytics team to create data and automation capabilities for the program
- Measure and analyze the commercial impact of the channel, adjusting strategies based on performance data
Required qualifications
- Proven experience building a B2B demand or growth channel from scratch
- Hands-on expertise with modern go-to-market tools, including automation and AI-enabled platforms
- Strong background in B2B messaging and outreach that engages senior decision-makers
- Analytical skills to assess performance through experimentation and data-driven insights
- Technical fluency in light SQL, APIs, and no-code automation
