Senior Demand Planner
Job Summary
Accountable for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, the full-time Senior Demand Planner will synthesize historical data and market intelligence to optimize inventory and service-level performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own short-, mid-, and long-range demand forecasts at SKU, customer, and channel level
- Serve as the demand lead within the S&OP process, ensuring alignment across functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather demand intelligence and align plans with manufacturing capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools
