Senior Demand Planner
Job Summary
To support the Global Supply Chain organization, the full-time Senior Demand Planner will develop a reliable demand plan, lead demand analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the unconstrained demand plan across various planning horizons using statistical forecasts and cross-functional inputs
- Lead the monthly demand review process, aligning stakeholders on a consensus forecast and its assumptions
- Analyze historical demand and market trends to identify forecast risks and opportunities, and communicate forecast performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles
- Proven experience leading consensus demand reviews and influencing cross-functional decisions
- Experience with statistical forecasting and demand-planning tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel capability preferred
- Background in a regulated environment such as medical devices or healthcare is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate actionable insights effectively
