Senior Demand Planner

Job Summary

To support demand forecasting for assigned Sales Units across North America, the fully remote Senior Demand Planner will analyze data and market insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the demand forecast, analyzing historical data and market conditions to develop accurate forecasts
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to align on demand plans and communicate risks and opportunities
• Utilize planning systems and analytical tools to monitor demand performance and drive improvements in forecasting processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of demand planning methodologies and IBP, S&OP, and S&OE processes
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence cross-functional stakeholders
