Senior Deployment Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support process, the full-time Senior Deployment Specialist will ensure a seamless experience for station owners by diagnosing activation failures, managing customer escalations, and coordinating equipment logistics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the troubleshooting process for activation failures, coordinating with field technicians and internal teams
• Manage customer escalations and provide immediate support during peak call volumes, ensuring effective resolutions
• Oversee dispatch requests for malfunctioning stations, coordinating repairs and replacements to maintain uptime

Required qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in technical support, deployment, or field service operations, preferably in the EV charging or alternative energy industry
• Associate's degree or vocational/technical diploma in automotive or electrical technology, paired with relevant field experience
• Solid understanding of cellular connectivity protocols and commercial AC/DC fast charging hardware systems
• Proficiency with technical troubleshooting methodologies and software tools
• Willingness to learn and apply new technical knowledge in a fast-evolving environment
