Job Summary
Leading the design for Governance & Compliance, the full-time Senior Design Director will oversee a team of designers, set the strategic direction for agentic workflows, and ensure design quality across complex enterprise products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the agentic direction for Governance & Compliance, shaping the collaboration between users and agents
- Own design quality across the product pillar, ensuring consistency from concept to delivery
- Design for platform complexity, guiding the team through decisions on multi-entity audits and permissions
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping agentic or AI-forward products with a focus on non-deterministic outputs
- Deep enterprise B2B SaaS experience, particularly with custom configurations and large deployments
- Proven ability to design systems that maintain coherence across various surfaces
- Experience leading teams of 12 or more, including design directors and managers
- A portfolio showcasing simplification of complex products and AI-forward experiences
