Senior Design Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of complex Audio-Visual (AV) systems, the full-time Senior Design Engineer will ensure solutions meet client requirements and technical standards while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex AV systems, including signal flow and control integration
- Develop and review advanced technical documentation using AutoCAD/Revit
- Provide technical leadership during project execution, supporting installation and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced knowledge of AV systems and integration methodologies
- Expertise in unified communications platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms)
- Experience with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex system challenges
