Senior Design Operations Manager
Job Summary
Focused on establishing and maintaining design systems and quality processes, the full-time Senior Design Operations Manager will work remotely to enhance enterprise design systems, manage design tooling, and ensure accessibility standards for large-scale digital banking engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and enhance enterprise design systems, identifying gaps and improvements
- Own the design-system roadmap, including versioning and controlled adoption
- Define and govern WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and conduct accessibility reviews
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in design operations or design systems roles
- Proven experience managing design systems across large design teams
- Advanced Figma administration skills, including workspace and library management
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility auditing
- Degree or diploma in Design, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
